In accordance with the Bylaws of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA), as adopted in the Ukrainian language by the XXII Congress of Ukrainians in America on September 25, 2016, Hartford, CT, a Local Branch of UCCA can be established in any city or area with at least two member organizations, or ten (10) individual members, who have paid their annual contribution to the Ukrainian National Fund (UNF) and can demonstrate their agreement with the goals and purpose of UCCA, in accordance with local statutes, UCCA bylaws and guidelines.
